The-K Way?
The-K Way is a value system and behavior manual that describes the purpose of our existence and our aims, including the shared thoughts and standard of behavior of our organization members.
The-K Way means realizing the vision of "becoming a happy partnership with the Education Family, the best financial and welfare partner" and "contributing to the happy lives of educator-families with reliable financial/welfare services" through the practice of core values and behavior principles as the standards of The Korean Teachers’ Credit Union.
