Finding and Nurturing
Talented People

  • Strengthening Employee Capacity KTCU's goal is to “nurture talent based on the ideal talent”. To this end, it helps employees develop their careers and build up their professional capacity with well-organized training programs such as the Together-Academy. Transparent and fair HR In January 2022, KTCU restructured its organization to better implement its management strategies and promote efficient work, while prohibiting discrimination. It also introduced a “blind recruitment system” and a “social equity recruitment system” to discover talented individuals with the right capacity for each position.

Pursuing Workplace
Happiness

  • Healthy balance between work and life KTCU is helping employees balance their work and family life by offering maternity protection hours and a new family care leave system. It also communicates with employees constantly through meetings to improve the company's organizational culture. Building a respect-based organizational culture KTCU offers various programs, including campaigns designed to build a culture of mutual communication and harmony among its employees, and it is asking all employees and executives to take an online pledge to eradicate sexual harassment, sexual violence, and workplace harassment.

Internalization of
The-K Way

  • The-K Way system In 2018, KTCU declared “The-K Way”, a value system that includes the goals and vision of KTCU, as well as standards in terms of common thinking and behavior all employees are expected to uphold. Then, in 2021, The newly published The-K Way guidebook has been renewed for employees working less than 2-year or more than 2-year respectively. The guidebook suggests the philosophy and ways of working as a member of the KTCU by including not only values and behaviors, but also performance and communication methods as well as self-check items for ESG management, and a member information protection manual.
