- Decision and change of alternative investments that determine whether to invest by specifying the target of investment
- Matters that require enhancement of investment stability and risk management due to rapid change in investment environment among previous investment projects, of which deliberation is requested by the committee or chairman
- Important matters related to alternative investment acknowledged as important by chairman of the committee
