KTCU has proclaimed its commitment to ‘Ethical Management’ since 2009 and has continued to build a sustainable management culture founded on responsibility and trust.

Ethical Management System

KTCU has established the Ethical Management Committee to promote and expand the practice of ethical management. The Ethical Management Committee, chaired by the Chief Operating Officer and composed of up to ten members, clarifies the ethical values and principles that all employees must uphold. The Committee also provides guidance to ensure that employees recognize the importance of ethical management and make sound and responsible decisions.

Ethics Brand

“CHARM Management”, which is the brand of ethical management practiced at KTCU, showcases the company’s commitment to ethical management. The brand name was chosen via an in-house naming contest.

Concept

The character “ㅊ” represents KTCU’s employees moving forward dynamically, and the water droplet symbolizes clean management (integrity). A box envelopes the word “CHARM” to show that KTCU hopes to become a fair and trustworthy organization governed by the principles of CHARM management.
