  • Governance composition The organization responsible for managing and operating KTCU’s affairs consists of 19 departments and 46 teams at its headquarters led by the Executive Committee. KTCU’s branches comprise 4 regional headquarters along with 14 municipal and provincial branches. Executives include one Chairman, one Auditor, and three Officers, all holding a three-year term of office.
  • Committee Operations and Roles KTCU operates various committees based on a transparent decision-making system, and each committee deliberates, decides, and reports on major agenda items related to management activities and ESG.

Decision-making

  • KTCU is governed by a decision-making body consisting of the Board of Representatives and a Steering Committee. It discloses decisions and follow-up measures to all members and the public, thereby enhancing the transparency and credibility of management. Moreover, KTCU promotes smooth communication and transparent work performance by presenting major management issues as agenda items for discussions and meetings, collecting the feedback of representatives from each region, and reflecting their opinions in management.
